WE ARE HIRING
Service Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) as per service contracts and warranties for infection control equipment, including washer disinfectors, flushers, and air and surface disinfection units.
- Attend to breakdown calls assigned by the team leader.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues, updating service tickets and coordinating the collection and installation of necessary parts.
- Report and escalate unresolved service issues to the team leader, following instructions to ensure quick, effective problem resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Execute installation activities for sales contracts, including conducting pre-installation site visits, attending equipment deliveries, installing, commissioning, and finalizing installation reports.
- Support installation activities for mega projects by coordinating item distribution, equipment installation, and commissioning.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical.
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience.
- Kuwaiti Driving License.

متطلبات
- دبلوم في الكهرباء.
- -خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات.
- رخصة قيادة كويتية.
