Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the security team.
- Monitor and maintain security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular security patrols to ensure the safety of the hotel property.
- Monitor access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarms.
- Respond to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies.
- Collaborate with the security team to enforce safety and security regulations.
- Conduct security training for security officers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and activities.
- Ensure the security of guests and colleagues during events and gatherings.
- Assist in the investigation of security-related incidents and provide reports.
- Assist in implementing security enhancements and improvements.
- Report any security concerns or breaches to the Director of Security.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية للوظيفة:
- الإشراف على فريق الأمن وقيادته.
- مراقبة وصيانة بروتوكولات وإجراءات الأمن.
- إجراء دوريات أمنية منتظمة لضمان سلامة ممتلكات الفندق.
- مراقبة أنظمة التحكم في الوصول، وكاميرات المراقبة، وأجهزة الإنذار.
- الاستجابة لحوادث الأمن والانتهاكات وحالات الطوارئ.
- التعاون مع فريق الأمن لفرض لوائح السلامة والأمن.
- إجراء تدريب أمني لضباط الأمن والزملاء.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحوادث الأمنية والتقارير والأنشطة.
- ضمان أمن الضيوف والزملاء أثناء الفعاليات والتجمعات.
- المساعدة في التحقيق في الحوادث المتعلقة بالأمن وتقديم التقارير.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ التحسينات والتعزيزات الأمنية.
- أبلغ مدير الأمن عن أي مخاوف أو خروقات أمنية.
- العمل بطريقة آمنة وصديقة للبيئة لحماية صحة وسلامة الضيوف والزملاء، فضلاً عن المساهمة في الحفاظ على البيئة.
- الالتزام بإجراءات وسياسات الشركة المتعلقة بالبيئة والصحة والسلامة.
