Bid Manager
The Bid Manager will be responsible and accountable or the following:
- Review the RFP's and study the opportunity, risk associated, work load etc and discuss with Director on Go / No Go (Support Director with Bid Decision)
- Review synopsis for various RFPs and provide team with teaming strategie (Bid Winning Strategy to choose the right Partners)
- Review Story board and provide innovative sections (Innovative Proposal – Tailored for Client and to avoid a typical standard proposal)
- Provide team with inputs on proposal representations - diagrams etc
- COE team communication, agreement on scope and MM (Scope gaps are avoided in order to obtain a firm man month requirement from the team)
- Prepare & Agree Matrix of Responsibility between Associates/JV partners
- Prepare Financial Strategy (This is required for internal analysis before we present to DoD or CEO)
- Prepare Financial proposal where different / new pricing mechanism is required (Some new Client’s may require pricing in a different format – which will require a different calculation approach – so in this scenario, the Proposal Manager steps in to support the team)
- Lead the team with respect to their performance, conduct, learning and development needs, career progression etc.
- Post submission queries / clarifications (Client’s may have queries on our submission, so the PM will attend meetings to clarify the concerns and facilitate in Pace’s proposal being approved for award)
- Proposal handover to Operations (Generally a meeting, where the Director and Proposal Manager explains the proposal and the conditions on which the project was awarded – so that the PM and the design team have the background before they kick start)
- The Proposal Manager influences the content and quality of the proposal being released from Pace.

مدير العطاءات
سيكون مدير العطاءات مسؤولاً وخاضعًا للمحاسبة عما يلي:
- مراجعة طلبات تقديم العروض ودراسة الفرصة والمخاطر المرتبطة بها وحجم العمل وما إلى ذلك ومناقشتها مع المدير بشأن المضي قدمًا / عدم المضي قدمًا (دعم المدير في قرار العطاء)
- مراجعة الملخص لمختلف طلبات تقديم العروض وتزويد الفريق بإستراتيجية العمل الجماعي (إستراتيجية الفوز بالعطاءات لاختيار الشركاء المناسبين)
- مراجعة لوحة القصة وتوفير أقسام مبتكرة (اقتراح مبتكر - مصمم خصيصًا للعميل وتجنب الاقتراح القياسي النموذجي)
- تزويد الفريق بمدخلات حول تمثيلات الاقتراح - المخططات وما إلى ذلك
- التواصل بين فريق مركز التميز، والاتفاق على النطاق وإدارة المشروع (يتم تجنب فجوات النطاق من أجل الحصول على متطلبات شهر عمل ثابتة من الفريق)
- إعداد والموافقة على مصفوفة المسؤولية بين الشركاء/شركاء المشروع المشترك
- إعداد الاستراتيجية المالية (هذا مطلوب للتحليل الداخلي قبل أن نقدمها لوزارة الدفاع أو الرئيس التنفيذي)
- إعداد عرض مالي حيث تكون هناك حاجة إلى آلية تسعير مختلفة / جديدة (قد يتطلب بعض العملاء الجدد تسعيرًا بتنسيق مختلف - مما يتطلب نهجًا حسابيًا مختلفًا - لذلك في هذا السيناريو، يتدخل مدير الاقتراح لدعم الفريق)
- قيادة الفريق فيما يتعلق بأدائهم وسلوكهم واحتياجات التعلم والتطوير والتقدم الوظيفي وما إلى ذلك.
- استفسارات / توضيحات ما بعد الإرسال (قد يكون لدى العميل استفسارات حول إرسالنا، لذلك سيحضر مدير المشروع الاجتماعات لتوضيح المخاوف وتسهيل الموافقة على اقتراح Pace للحصول على الجائزة)
- تسليم الاقتراح إلى العمليات (عادةً ما يكون اجتماعًا، حيث يشرح المدير ومدير الاقتراح الاقتراح والشروط التي تم بموجبها منح المشروع - حتى يكون لدى مدير المشروع وفريق التصميم الخلفية قبل البدء)
- يؤثر مدير الاقتراح على محتوى وجودة الاقتراح الذي يتم إصداره من Pace.
