About the Job:
Shootday, a global photography, videography, and production platform, is seeking talented event photographers and videographers to join our freelance network in Kuwait.
Job Overview:
As an Event Photographer and Videographer, you will capture unforgettable moments at various events and deliver high-quality raw images and footage that tell compelling visual stories.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality RAW photos and videos on schedule (editing handled by Shootday).
- Cover a range of events, including corporate functions, product launches, and social gatherings.
- Document key moments, candid shots, and the overall event ambiance.
- Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each event.
- Collaborate with other photographers when necessary.
- Utilize professional camera equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, video stabilizers (gimbals), and high-quality microphones.
- Guide participants and set up shots to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the Shootday team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event photography and videography with a strong portfolio.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to different event types.
- Reliable transportation to event locations.
- A team player who collaborates well with others when required.
- A photography degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
