Full Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform stock-related duties, such as returning, packing, pricing, and labeling shipments.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to management.
- Ensure all inventory records and entries are up to date in the ERP system.
- Upload clear, accurate pictures associated with damage into the database.
- Scan all packing lists/BOL into a database.
- Article 18 transferrable.
- Automotive background is preferred.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- أداء المهام المتعلقة بالمخزون مثل الإرجاع، والتعبئة، ووضع الأسعار، ووضع العلامات على الشحنات.
- فحص التسليمات للتحقق من الأضرار أو التباينات وتقرير ذلك للإدارة.
- التأكد من تحديث جميع سجلات المخزون والإدخالات في نظام ERP.
- تحميل صور واضحة ودقيقة مرتبطة بالأضرار في قاعدة البيانات.
- مسح جميع قوائم التعبئة/BOL إلى قاعدة البيانات.
- المادة 18 قابلة للتحويل.
- يفضل وجود خلفية في مجال السيارات.
