Legal Associate
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., LLM) is a plus.
- Admission to practice law in Kuwait or another reputable jurisdiction.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in M&A, capital markets, and corporate transactions at a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti corporate and commercial law, securities regulations, and related legal frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
IT and Networking Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the firm’s IT infrastructure, including 100+ computers, printers, and scanning systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
- Ensure data security and backup protocols are effectively implemented.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries efficiently.
- Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and network components.
- Maintain and improve cybersecurity measures.
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
