We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions. Only local transfer visa holders in Kuwait who are ready to start immediately will be considered.

Available Positions:

1. Driller (28X28)

   Salary: KD 1000/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Driller will be responsible for operating and maintaining the drilling rig during drilling operations. Key duties include monitoring rig performance, managing drilling operations, supervising the drilling crew, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The Driller must be highly experienced and capable of working under pressure. This position requires leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

2. AD (28X28)
   Salary: KD 700/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Assistant Driller will assist the Driller with daily drilling operations. This includes maintaining and operating the rig, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly, and supporting the Driller in supervising the drilling crew. The AD should have knowledge of safety procedures and be prepared to take on responsibilities when required.

3. DM (56X28)

   Salary: KD 350/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Derrickman is responsible for maintaining the derrick, which includes managing the drill pipe and ensuring that the rig’s high-pressure systems are functioning properly. The DM will also assist in cleaning and maintaining the rig floor, carrying out maintenance tasks, and assisting with rig-up and rig-down activities. Attention to detail and the ability to work at heights is essential for this role.

4. FM (56X28)
   Salary: KD 300/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Floor Man will work directly with the Driller and Assistant Driller to manage the rig floor operations. Responsibilities include handling equipment, assisting with rig-up and rig-down procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during daily operations. This position requires good physical stamina and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

5. CRE (28X28)

   Salary: KD 750/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Crew Rigger is in charge of preparing and maintaining the rigging equipment used in drilling operations. The CRE will be responsible for lifting, loading, and unloading heavy equipment and tools while ensuring safety standards are met. This role requires physical strength, attention to safety, and the ability to handle heavy lifting in a challenging environment.

   Salary: KD 750/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Crane Operator will be responsible for safely operating the crane to lift, transport, and lower materials and equipment. The CRM must be skilled in ensuring the safe operation of heavy equipment, managing crane operations, and maintaining equipment to avoid breakdowns. They will work closely with the rig crew to ensure smooth operations.

2. Assistant Electrician (56X28)

   Salary: KD 350/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Assistant Electrician will support the senior electrician in maintaining and repairing electrical equipment on the drilling rig. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical problems, ensuring electrical systems are safe and functioning, and assisting in electrical installations. The Assistant Electrician must be knowledgeable in electrical safety and capable of working with high-voltage systems.

3. Assistant Mechanic (56X28)
   Salary: KD 350/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Assistant Mechanic will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of the drilling rig’s mechanical systems. Tasks include performing routine checks, repairing malfunctioning equipment, and assisting in the upkeep of machinery used in drilling operations. The role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems under pressure.

4. Medic (56X28)

   Salary: KD 550/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Medic is responsible for providing first aid and medical assistance to crew members. The Medic will ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and will maintain emergency medical supplies. The Medic must be trained in handling medical emergencies and be prepared to respond to accidents and injuries swiftly.

5. Welder (56X28)

   Salary: KD 400/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Welder will be responsible for welding metal structures and parts on the rig. This includes performing welding repairs, building metal components, and ensuring the structural integrity of rig equipment. The Welder must have extensive experience in welding, including working with various materials and techniques, while following strict safety guidelines.

6. R/A (56X28)
   Salary: KD 250/- ON & OFF
   Job Description:
   The Roustabout is a general labor position on the drilling rig, responsible for assisting with basic operations, including rig-up and rig-down, cleaning and maintaining the rig, and supporting the other crew members in their tasks. The R/A will be tasked with heavy lifting, cleaning, and assisting in all areas of rig operations.
