Pastry & Chocolate Chef

• Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and produce a wide range of pastries, baked goods, and exquisite chocolate confections.

• Temper and mold chocolate for truffles, bonbons, bars, and decorative pieces.

• Craft and decorate cakes, tarts, mousses, macarons, and plated desserts.

• Innovate seasonal and custom creations for holidays, events, and retail sales.

• Collaborate with the team to develop new product lines and dessert menus.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, flavor, texture, and presentation.

• Monitor stock levels and manage the ordering of pastry and chocolate ingredients.

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols.

• Train and mentor junior team members or interns when required.

• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Pâtisserie, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in both pastry and chocolate production.

• Strong knowledge of baking, tempering, chocolate artistry, and decoration.

• Creative flair with a meticulous eye for detail and presentation.

• Ability to multitask and manage production schedules efficiently.

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• تذويب وصب الشوكولاتة لتحضير الترافلز، البونبون، ألواح الشوكولاتة، والأشكال الزخرفية.

• صنع وتزيين الكعك، التارت، الموس، الماكرون، والحلويات المزيّنة.

• ابتكار إبداعات موسمية ومخصصة للمناسبات والعطلات والمبيعات بالتجزئة.

• التعاون مع الفريق لتطوير خطوط جديدة للمنتجات وقوائم الحلويات.

• الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة والطعم والملمس والمظهر.

• مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإدارة طلبات المكونات الخاصة بالحلويات والشوكولاتة.

• ضمان الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة الغذائية والبروتوكولات الصحية والنظافة.

• تدريب وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين أو المتدربين عند الحاجة.

• مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات المبتكرة في صناعة الحلويات والشوكولاتة.

المتطلبات:

• درجة أو دبلوم في فنون الحلويات أو فنون الطهي أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة الحلويات والشوكولاتة.

• معرفة قوية في الخبز، تذويب وصب الشوكولاتة، وفن الزخرفة.

• لمسة إبداعية واهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والمظهر.

• القدرة على تعدد المهام وإدارة جداول الإنتاج بفعالية.

• توفر مرن، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات والمناسبات الخاصة.

• مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي ممتازة.
