Hospitality Trainer
Details
This opportunity is designed for someone who understands the power of service and has the ability to translate that understanding into actionable, inspiring training programs. You’ll help create a team that not only meets but exceeds guest expectations at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities

Develop & Deliver Training Programs: Create modules that cover service standards, customer handling, complaint resolution, and upselling.

Onboarding New Staff: Equip new hires with foundational service knowledge from their first day.

Conduct Role-Playing and Workshops: Simulate customer service scenarios for hands-on learning and real-time coaching.

Monitor and Assess Performance: Observe team members during service, offer feedback, and organize follow-up sessions as needed.

Update Training Materials: Continuously revise training content to align with evolving service models and customer expectations.

Collaborate with Management: Work closely with restaurant managers to align training with operational goals and customer feedback.

Promote a Service-Driven Culture: Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and continuous growth.
Qualifications
-
Experience in restaurant training, head server roles, or hospitality leadership
-
Deep knowledge of customer service and front-of-house operations
-
Strong communication and public speaking skills
-
Ability to coach, inspire, and lead teams

Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
-
Training or hospitality certifications are a plus
Preferred Experience
-
At least 5 years in the hospitality industry, ideally in client-facing roles
-
Prior experience conducting team training or operational workshops
-
Familiarity with different restaurant formats: fine dining, casual, and quick service

ستكون مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية احترافية تغطي جميع مراحل خدمة العملاء. من استقبال الضيوف إلى حل الشكاوى، ستساهم في بناء فرق متميزة في مهارات التواصل والخدمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات

تصميم وتقديم برامج تدريبية: تشمل معايير الخدمة، مهارات التعامل مع العملاء، فن البيع الإضافي، وآليات حل الشكاوى.

تدريب الموظفين الجدد: تجهيزهم بالمعرفة الأساسية لضمان تجربة ضيافة موحّدة من اليوم الأول.

ورش العمل والمحاكاة العملية: تدريب الموظفين من خلال سيناريوهات تفاعلية واقعية.

تقييم الأداء: مراقبة الأداء وتقديم ملاحظات بنّاءة وتنظيم جلسات تدريبية إضافية.

تحديث المواد التدريبية: تطوير المحتوى بشكل مستمر بما يتماشى مع تطورات السوق وتوقعات الزبائن.

التنسيق مع الإدارة: لضمان توافق الأهداف التدريبية مع استراتيجيات العمل والملاحظات الميدانية.

نشر ثقافة الضيافة: تعزيز بيئة عمل مبنية على التميز والعمل الجماعي والتطوير المستمر.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
-
خبرة سابقة كمدرب أو في دور قيادي في قطاع المطاعم
-
فهم عميق لمعايير خدمة العملاء والتشغيل داخل المطاعم
-
مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية
-
القدرة على التحفيز وبناء فرق عمل متميزة
-
المرونة في مواعيد العمل (بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع)
-
وجود شهادة تدريبية أو في مجال الضيافة يُعد ميزة إضافية
الخبرات المفضلة
-
أكثر من 5 سنوات خبرة في قطاع الضيافة في أدوار ميدانية
-
تجربة سابقة في تدريب الفرق أو تنظيم ورش عمل
-
الإلمام بمختلف أنماط الخدمة (مطاعم فاخرة، كاجوال، سريعة)
