Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instore Visual Merchandiser located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Instore Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and maintaining appealing store displays to draw in customers. Day-to-day tasks include designing and setting up window displays, arranging store fixtures, and ensuring that products are presented in a visually engaging manner. Additionally, the role involves working closely with store managers to implement merchandising strategies and keep up with the latest visual trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey visual concepts
- Experience in Retail and Customer Service to understand store operations and meet customer expectations
- Sales skills to enhance product placement and drive customer purchases
- Proficiency in designing and executing Window Displays to attract and engage customers
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
- Relevant experience or education in visual merchandising, retail management, or a related field

هذا دور بدوام كامل في موقع عمل مُسوّق بصري داخل المتجر في منطقة مدينة الكويت الحضرية. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تصميم وصيانة عروض جذابة للمتجر لجذب العملاء. تشمل المهام اليومية تصميم وتجهيز واجهات العرض، وترتيب تجهيزات المتجر، وضمان عرض المنتجات بطريقة جذابة بصريًا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتضمن الدور العمل عن كثب مع مديري المتاجر لتطبيق استراتيجيات التسويق ومواكبة أحدث التوجهات البصرية.
