Position: Sales Support Officer – Tendering

Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
Industry: Automotive / Fleet Management / Leasing

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile tender and prequalification documents with accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical and commercial data.

• Monitor tender portals to ensure timely responses and submissions.

• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.

• Communicate with clients to clarify tender requirements and follow up when necessary.

• Provide vital administrative support to the sales and business development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are highly preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information

• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Kuwait.

• Candidates should be available to join on short notice.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إعداد وتجميع مستندات العطاءات والتأهيل المسبق بدقة.

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية للحصول على البيانات الفنية والتجارية.

• متابعة بوابات العطاءات لضمان الردود والتقديم في الوقت المحدد.

• تنظيم وحفظ السجلات الورقية والإلكترونية.

• التواصل مع العملاء لتوضيح المتطلبات والمتابعة.

• تقديم الدعم الإداري اللازم لفريق المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال.

المؤهلات

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مشابه.

• مهارات قوية في التوثيق والتنسيق والانتباه للتفاصيل.

• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مفضلة بشدة.

• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.

معلومات إضافية

• الأفضلية للمقيمين حاليًا في الكويت.

• التوفر للالتحاق بالعمل خلال فترة قصيرة شرط أساسي.
