Banquet & catering sales manager

 Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Banquet & Catering Sales Manager located in Hawalli, Kuwait, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Banquet & Catering Sales Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, manage catering sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with the food & beverage team. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals and contracts, and ensuring that all events go according to plan while providing exceptional customer service.

 Qualifications

• Experience in Catering Sales and Event 
• Planning
• A valid driving license
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration
