Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
- Experience in implementing IFRS 9,10,15 and 16.
- International accounting qualification is desired: ACCA, CPA or SOCPA.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably with Big Audit Firms.
- Supervise staff, inspect client financial records, compile and analyze data, prepare detailed audit reports and resolve accounting research issues.
- Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
- Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
Experienced Associate | Audit & Assurance | Kuwait
Qualifications
- Ability to solve a business problem using an analytical solution with the assistance from the Analytics Manager and to implement the same.
- Strong analytical skills and at least 2.5 to 3.5 years of hands-on experience with Audit Command Language (ACL) and/or SQL.
- Experience in extracting data from client systems using custom query.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with BI visualization tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau.
- Comfortable working with large data sets
- Understanding of basic financial audit process, terminologies and business process controls is an advantage.
- Ability to promote ideas and work effectively with all levels with the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Excellent Written/Oral communication skills.
Senior Associate | Tax | Business Tax | Kuwait
Qualifications
- Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required.
- 3 - 5 years of general tax experience, preferably with at least a year focused on taxation.
- Consulting and compliance experience is needed.
- Experience with inbound and outbound international tax is preferred.
- Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required.
- Good knowledge of tax and business laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or another business-related field.
- Advanced degree such as MST, JD or LLM preferred. CPA preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

- خبرة في استخراج البيانات من أنظمة العملاء باستخدام الاستعلام المخصص.
- المعرفة العملية والكفاءة في استخدام أدوات تصور BI مثل PowerBI و/أو Tableau.
- العمل بشكل مريح مع مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة

- يشترط الخبرة في العمل مع إحدى شركات الأربع الكبرى أو شركة محاماة أو قسم ضرائب الشركات الكبرى في شركة متعددة الجنسيات.
- 3 - 5 سنوات من الخبرة في الضرائب العامة، ويفضل أن يكون هناك عام واحد على الأقل مخصص للضرائب.
- - الخبرة في الاستشارات والامتثال مطلوبة.
- يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في الضرائب الدولية الواردة والصادرة.
- مطلوب مهارات بحثية ممتازة ومهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
- معرفة جيدة بالقوانين واللوائح الضريبية والتجارية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة بالأعمال.
- يُفضل الحصول على درجة علمية متقدمة مثل ماجستير العلوم في التكنولوجيا (MST) أو دكتوراه في القانون (JD) أو ماجستير في القانون (LLM). ويُفضل الحصول على شهادة محاسب قانوني معتمد (CPA).
