V-Thru is Kuwait’s leading virtual drive-thru app with over 400,000 users and 500+ partner restaurants. We help people get their favorite food quickly and hassle-free, and we’re looking for someone to take our community engagement to the next level.
What You’ll Do:

Build and manage a community of V-Thru’s top users and food lovers.

Create engaging content and foster conversations across social media platforms.
-
Organize small events, giveaways, and initiatives to keep users excited.
-
Engage with users, answer their questions, and collect valuable feedback.

Collaborate with the team on creative ideas to boost customer loyalty and engagement.
-
Support brand campaigns and partnerships when needed.
What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media.
-
Strong Arabic and English writing skills.
-
A people-person with a passion for engagement and community building.
-
Comfortable creating content (photo/video/captions) for social media platforms.
-
Organized, reliable, and full of positive energy.
Nice to Have:
-
Experience in community management, customer engagement, or events.
-
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
-
Background in food, lifestyle, or tech is a big plus.

V-Thru هو تطبيق خدمة السيارات الافتراضية الرائد في الكويت، حيث يضم أكثر من 400,000 مستخدم وأكثر من 500 مطعم شريك. نحن نساعد الناس في الحصول على طعامهم المفضل بسرعة وبدون عناء، ونبحث الآن عن شخص للمساعدة في تعزيز تفاعل المجتمع.
ما ستقوم به:

بناء وإدارة مجتمع من أفضل مستخدمي V-Thru ومحبي الطعام.
-
إنشاء محتوى جذاب وتحفيز المحادثات عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
-
تنظيم فعاليات صغيرة وهدايا ومبادرات لإبقاء المستخدمين متحمسين.
-
التفاعل مع المستخدمين، والإجابة على أسئلتهم، وجمع ملاحظاتهم.
-
التعاون مع الفريق لتطوير أفكار مبتكرة لزيادة الولاء والتفاعل.
-
دعم الحملات والعلامات التجارية والشراكات عند الحاجة.
ما نبحث عنه:

من 1 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
-
مهارات كتابة قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
-
شخص اجتماعي يحب التفاعل وبناء المجتمعات.
-
القدرة على إنشاء محتوى (صور/فيديو/تعليقات) لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
-
منظم وموثوق ومليء بالطاقة الإيجابية.
مزايا إضافية:

خبرة في إدارة المجتمعات، التفاعل مع العملاء، أو الفعاليات.
-
إلمام بالأدوات مثل Canva، Meta Business Suite أو ما شابه.
-
خلفية في مجال الطعام، أسلوب الحياة، أو التكنولوجيا هي ميزة كبيرة.
