The IT Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology within the catering and food service industry. This position involves managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and implementing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively support a diverse range of users and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly.
- Implement and oversee software solutions tailored for the food service industry.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to enhance performance.
- Train employees on new technologies and software applications.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure necessary IT equipment and services.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends relevant to the food and beverage sector.

يؤدي أخصائي تكنولوجيا المعلومات دورًا محوريًا في ضمان سلاسة تشغيل التكنولوجيا في قطاع المطاعم وخدمات الطعام. يشمل هذا المنصب إدارة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتقديم الدعم الفني، وتطبيق حلول برمجية تعزز الكفاءة التشغيلية. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي مزيجًا من الخبرة الفنية ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين لدعم مجموعة متنوعة من المستخدمين والأنظمة بفعالية.
المسؤوليات:
- إدارة وصيانة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات الخاصة بالشركة، بما في ذلك الخوادم والشبكات والأجهزة.
- توفير الدعم الفني للموظفين، واستكشاف مشكلات الأجهزة والبرامج وإصلاحها على الفور.
