Planning Engineer & Costing Engineer
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules
- Analyze project data to identify trends and improve future project planning
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Use project management software to track and report project timelines
- Develop contingency plans to address delays and disruptions
- Review and approve project plans developed by subcontractors
- Facilitate communication between different project teams

- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وأعضاء الفريق لتحديد نطاق المشروع وأهدافه
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديث الجداول الزمنية وفقًا لذلك
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف منها
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير المشروع والتحديثات لأصحاب المصلحة
- المساعدة في اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالميزانية وتخصيص الموارد
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والتنظيم
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية لمراقبة التقدم والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية
- تحليل بيانات المشروع لتحديد الاتجاهات وتحسين تخطيط المشروع المستقبلي
- التعاون مع الموردين والمقاولين لضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المناسب
- استخدم برنامج إدارة المشاريع لتتبع الجداول الزمنية للمشروع والإبلاغ عنها
- وضع خطط طوارئ لمعالجة التأخيرات والاضطرابات
- مراجعة واعتماد خطط المشاريع التي وضعها المقاولون من الباطن
- تسهيل التواصل بين فرق المشروع المختلفة
