Food Hub is looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth procurement of equipment, services, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and purchase equipment, services, and supplies.

• Review, compare, and approve products and services.

• Keep supplier information up-to-date and source new partners.

• Negotiate contracts and build long-term supplier relationships.

• Research and evaluate the best deals to stay ahead.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• التخطيط وشراء المعدات والخدمات والإمدادات.

• مراجعة، مقارنة، والموافقة على المنتجات والخدمات.

• تحديث معلومات الموردين والبحث عن شركاء جدد.

• التفاوض على العقود وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع الموردين.

• البحث وتقييم أفضل العروض للبقاء في الطليعة.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو في مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الشراء أو التوريد.

• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Excel، Word، Outlook).

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض.
