Position: Marketing and Public Relations Specialist
Location: Kuwait
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.

• Write press releases, newsletters, and marketing materials.

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and events.

• Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers.

• Track and report on marketing performance and success metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or PR.

• Excellent command of both Arabic and English.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Interest or background in interior design is a plus.

• Fluency in the Kuwaiti dialect is a strong advantage.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.

• إدارة منصات الوسائط الاجتماعية وإنشاء محتوى جذاب.

• كتابة البيانات الصحفية والنشرات الإخبارية والمواد التسويقية.

• التخطيط وتنسيق الحملات التسويقية والفعاليات.

• بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع وسائل الإعلام والمؤثرين.

• تتبع ورفع تقارير حول أداء التسويق وقياس النجاح.

الشروط:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التسويق أو العلاقات العامة.

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

• معرفة قوية بأدوات ومنصات التسويق الرقمي.

• الاهتمام أو الخلفية في تصميم الديكور هي ميزة إضافية.

• الطلاقة في اللهجة الكويتية ميزة قوية.
