About The Opportunity

As a Travel Consultant at Travelspirit, you will use your expertise in travel planning to provide excellent customer service while supporting our clients with hotel reservations, flight bookings, and itinerary planning. You will have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a growing, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours

• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries

• Use the Sabre GDS system to manage bookings and reservations efficiently

• Ensure clients' travel arrangements meet their expectations and requirements

• Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates on bookings and travel information

• Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, deals, and offers to provide the best options for clients

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Sabre GDS system is a must

• Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and booking systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working from home

• Previous experience in a travel consultant role is an advantage

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

الشروط

• معرفة بنظام Sabre GDS أمر ضروري

• معرفة قوية في حجز الفنادق وأنظمة الحجز

• مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الوقت بفعالية أثناء العمل من المنزل

• خبرة سابقة في دور مستشار سفر ميزة إضافية

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)
