Requirements:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- - 5+ years of experience in HR operations, policy management, or process governance within an international organization.
- - Strong knowledge of HR policy frameworks, compliance, and global employment regulations.
- - Experience in developing and implementing HR SOPs and process documentation.
- - Proficiency in HR technology solutions and data-driven decision-making.
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Senior Recruiting Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of strategic recruiting experience, preferably in an international business context.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex and senior-level positions.
- Strong understanding of global labor markets and international hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.

- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات الموارد البشرية، أو إدارة السياسات، أو حوكمة العمليات داخل منظمة دولية.
- - معرفة قوية بأطر سياسة الموارد البشرية والامتثال وأنظمة التوظيف العالمية.
- - الخبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل القياسية للموارد البشرية وتوثيق العمليات.
- - الكفاءة في حلول تكنولوجيا الموارد البشرية واتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات.
- - مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
أخصائي توظيف أول
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التوظيف الاستراتيجي، ويفضل أن تكون في سياق الأعمال الدولية.
- سجل حافل بالنجاح في التوظيف للمناصب المعقدة والعليا.
- فهم قوي لأسواق العمل العالمية وممارسات التوظيف الدولية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الأولويات المتعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- الكفاءة في استخدام أنظمة تتبع المتقدمين (ATS) وأدوات التوظيف الأخرى.
- مستوى عال من السرية والاحترافية.
