What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in civil/industrial projects.

• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic.

• Expertise: Experience in government correspondence and understanding of local regulations.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of budgeting, contractor negotiations, and cost-saving strategies.

• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kuwaiti market and industry standards.
