Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage civil construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within the factory and surrounding facilities.
· Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
· Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality specifications.
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
· Supervise and monitor subcontractors and construction teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.
· Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental protocols.
· Provide regular progress reports to the management team.
· Review and approve technical drawings, structural designs, and material specifications.
· Assist in facilities planning and development for future expansion projects.
· Recommend cost-effective solutions and innovations in construction techniques and materials.
· Handle repair and preventive maintenance of civil structures, including flooring, drainage systems, roads, and building exteriors.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
· الإشراف وإدارة مشاريع البناء المدني والتجديد والصيانة داخل المصنع والمرافق المحيطة.
· إعداد خطط مفصلة للمشروع، والميزانيات، والجداول الزمنية.
· إجراء عمليات تفتيش ومسوحات للموقع للتأكد من الالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية وأنظمة السلامة ومواصفات الجودة.
· التنسيق مع المقاولين والبائعين والأقسام الداخلية لضمان إنجاز المشاريع في الوقت المناسب.
· الإشراف على المقاولين من الباطن وفرق البناء ومراقبتهم لضمان جودة العمل.
· ضمان الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
· تقديم تقارير التقدم بشكل منتظم إلى فريق الإدارة.
· مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الفنية والتصاميم الإنشائية ومواصفات المواد.
· المساعدة في تخطيط المرافق وتطويرها لمشاريع التوسع المستقبلية.
· التوصية بحلول فعّالة من حيث التكلفة والابتكارات في تقنيات ومواد البناء.
· التعامل مع إصلاح وصيانة المنشآت المدنية، بما في ذلك الأرضيات، وأنظمة الصرف الصحي، والطرق، والواجهات الخارجية للمباني.
