Hotel Receptionist Manager
Details
This is a full-time opportunity based in Kuwait, ideal for a hospitality professional with prior management experience in hotels or resorts. You’ll take charge of daily operations, cross-departmental coordination, guest satisfaction, and staff performance—ensuring the property runs at the highest standard at all times.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments

Conduct daily walk-arounds to ensure operational excellence

Maintain open communication between departments, sharing weekly schedules, functions, and upcoming events
-
Greet and engage with guests; respond and follow up on their needs and feedback

Address and resolve guest complaints and on-site emergencies professionally
-
Monitor and enforce health, safety, and cleanliness protocols throughout the property
-
Train, coach, and support hotel staff in accordance with company values and standards
-
Take part in new employee induction and maintain accurate records
-
Drive sustainability efforts and serve as a role model for environmental responsibility
-
Propose and implement ideas for service improvement and operational efficiency
-
Represent the hotel in internal and external meetings as required

Handle special tasks or reasonable duties as assigned by management
Requirements
-
Proven management experience in a hospitality environment (preferably boutique or luxury properties)

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team coordination skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and on-call situations
-
Proactive, guest-focused, and service-oriented attitude

إجراء جولات تفقدية يومية للتأكد من كفاءة التشغيل والنظافة

مشاركة الجداول والخطط الأسبوعية مع جميع الأقسام بوضوح

الترحيب بالضيوف والتفاعل معهم وتلبية احتياجاتهم

التعامل مع الشكاوى والطوارئ بكفاءة واحترافية

متابعة الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والصحة والسلامة
-
تدريب ودعم الموظفين والتأكد من التزامهم بالسياسات العامة
-
تنظيم عملية استقبال الموظفين الجدد وتحديث سجلاتهم

المشاركة في تطبيق ممارسات الاستدامة والقيادة بالقدوة

اقتراح أفكار لتحسين الخدمات ورفع كفاءة العمل

تمثيل الفندق في الاجتماعات الداخلية والخارجية عند الحاجة

تنفيذ أي مهام إضافية يوجه بها فريق الإدارة
الشروط

خبرة سابقة في منصب إداري بفندق أو منتجع

مهارات قيادية وشخصية قوية

القدرة على التنظيم والعمل على عدة مهام بفعالية

إجادة التواصل الشفهي والكتابي

الاستعداد للعمل في أوقات مرنة، بما في ذلك المساء والعطلات
