Product Specialist
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on assigned medical products.
- • Educate healthcare providers and other stakeholders on product benefits, features, and usage.
- • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-servicing.
- • Provide post-sales support and troubleshoot product issues in collaboration with the technical team.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals.
- • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute product strategies and campaigns.
- • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
- • Maintain compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
- • Prepare reports on customer feedback, usage data, and product performance.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, dental, pharmacy, veterinary sciences, medical or a related field.
- • 2+ years of experience in medical sales, clinical support, or product management (preferred).
- • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to travel as needed to client sites, hospitals, and conferences.
- • Knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and medical terminology.
- Fresh graduates are accepted.
Preferred Skills:
- • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis.

المسؤوليات
- العمل كخبير في موضوع المنتجات الطبية المخصصة.

- • إجراء عروض توضيحية للمنتجات وجلسات التدريب والخدمة أثناء الاستخدام.
