Rolling Mill QC Laboratory Technician
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow the rules and procedures for the activities of the Quality Control Department to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepares samples according to standards.
- Performs physical and mechanical tests on samples to assure compliance with the quality standards.
- As needed, physical inspection of billets is carried out
- Responsible for servicing, housekeeping and minor troubleshooting and maintenance of all inspection, measuring and test equipment available in the laboratory.
Job Qualification:
- At least graduateof a 3-year Technical Course in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial Technology or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ work experience in inspection, testing and analytical instruments.
- Good communication skills, laboratory equipment operation skills, dexterity to handle measuring instruments and devices, good mathematical, analytical and organizational skills, decisiveness and sound judgement and computer literate.
- Monitors and do verification of laboratory equipment and report any abnormalities or irregularities.
- Conduct periodic inventory of chemicals, instrument parts, supplies and other consumables.
- Coordinates closely with the production personnel for any abnormalities or irregularities found on produced steel bars.
- Immediately feedback to the production the status or disposition of samples tested.
- Records daily quality results
- Compiles data and generate reports.
- Ensures compliance to ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

Electrical Supervisor - Utility & Sub Station - Steel Melting Plant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of electrical substations, power distribution systems, and utility infrastructure within the steel plant.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that electrical systems meet the requirements of production processes and safety standards.
- Perform power system studies, load flow analysis, and fault analysis to ensure optimal design and operation of substations and power distribution networks.
- Develop and review electrical design documents, schematics, and technical specifications for substations and utilities.
- Coordinate with utility companies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Optimize power distribution systems for efficiency, reliability, and minimal downtime by implementing smart grid technologies and automation.
- Carrying-out daily shift activities and follow-through the problems.
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives to improve overall energy efficiency within the plant.
- Supervise maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repairs of electrical equipment and systems.
Job Qualification:
- At least a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Electrical maintenance in Steel melting shop.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, knowledge of utility, substations. Good knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of utility and substation facilities in steel melting plant.

فني مختبر مراقبة جودة مصنع الدرفلة
الواجبات والمسؤوليات
- إتباع القواعد والإجراءات الخاصة بأنشطة قسم مراقبة الجودة لضمان الإلتزام بمعايير الجودة.
- إعداد العينات وفقًا للمعايير.
- يقوم بإجراء الاختبارات الفيزيائية والميكانيكية على العينات للتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير الجودة.
- حسب الحاجة، يتم إجراء الفحص المادي للقضبان
- المسؤول عن الخدمة والتنظيف واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها البسيطة والصيانة لجميع معدات التفتيش والقياس والاختبار المتوفرة في المختبر.
المؤهلات الوظيفية:
- - حاصل على الأقل على دورة تقنية لمدة 3 سنوات في التكنولوجيا الميكانيكية أو الكيميائية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية أو ما يعادلها.
- - خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال أجهزة التفتيش والاختبار والتحليل.

مشرف كهربائي - محطة المرافق والمحطات الفرعية - مصنع صهر الصلب
الواجبات والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتخطيط والإشراف على إنشاء وصيانة محطات الكهرباء الفرعية وأنظمة توزيع الطاقة والبنية التحتية للمرافق داخل مصنع الصلب.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة لضمان أن الأنظمة الكهربائية تلبي متطلبات عمليات الإنتاج ومعايير السلامة.
- إجراء دراسات أنظمة الطاقة، وتحليل تدفق الأحمال، وتحليل الأخطاء لضمان التصميم والتشغيل الأمثل لمحطات التوزيع الفرعية وشبكات توزيع الطاقة.
- تطوير ومراجعة وثائق التصميم الكهربائي والمخططات والمواصفات الفنية لمحطات الطاقة والمرافق.
