Responsibilities:
Daily Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting functions, including invoicing, ledger entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
Prepare Financial Statements: Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle the management of vendor payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting, analyzing discrepancies and adjusting projections accordingly.
Audit Support: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.
Taxation: Support in tax reporting, VAT returns, and maintain tax compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Visa: Must have a valid transferable visa (Visa No. 18).
Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a must. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work with accuracy and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team Player: Collaborative with the ability to work across departments to meet company goals.

إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات: المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات المالية، وتحليل التفاوتات وضبط التوقعات وفقًا لذلك.
دعم التدقيق: التنسيق والمساعدة في التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي مع ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية المحلية.
الضرائب: المساعدة في الإبلاغ الضريبي، إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة، وضمان الامتثال الضريبي وفقًا للمتطلبات التنظيمية.
المتطلبات:
الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة أو المالية، ويفضل في القطاع الصيدلاني أو قطاع الرعاية الصحية.
المهارات: معرفة قوية ببرامج المحاسبة وبرامج Microsoft Excel وأدوات التقارير المالية.
التأشيرة: يجب أن يكون لديك تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل (تأشيرة رقم 18).
المهارات اللغوية: إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية أمر أساسي. يجب أن يكون المتقدم قادرًا على التواصل بفعالية في الكتابة والمحادثة.
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل: القدرة على العمل بدقة وإدارة المهام المتعددة في وقت واحد.
