Oracle Consulting plays a critical role in delivering specialized services to clients and supporting sales related to Oracle Cloud Services. As a senior leader in the project management team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that cutting-edge cloud security solutions are delivered with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving Oracle Cloud, hybrid solutions, and on-premise architectures.

• Oversee cloud migrations, from infrastructure design to go-live.

• Modernize customer applications and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.

• Enforce robust security measures through focused initiatives and risk management.

• Manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery within budget.

• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions at leadership levels.

• Build long-term customer relationships, collaborating with both consulting and licensing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in project and program management with responsibility for P&L.

• Certifications: PMI-PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent.

• Agile Experience: Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Coach experience preferred.

• Skills: Proven ability to manage remote teams and work in a matrix environment.

• Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English.

• Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience.

المؤهلات

• الخبرة: 5+ سنوات في إدارة المشاريع والبرامج مع المسؤولية عن الأرباح والخسائر.

• الشهادات: PMI-PMP، Prince2 Practitioner أو ما يعادلها.

• الخبرة في منهجية أجايل: خبرة في دور Scrum Master أو Agile Lead أو Coach مفضلة.

• المهارات: القدرة المثبتة على إدارة الفرق عن بُعد والعمل في بيئة إدارة مصفوفة.

• اللغات: إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

• التعليم: شهادة جامعية أو خبرة معادلة.
