Qualifications

QC Inspector

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering

Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across all project activities, ensuring that work is carried out in line with project regulations, company policies, and industry safety standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections, equipment inspections and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions, practices, or equipment, and recommend effective control measures to mitigate risks.
• Implement, and maintain safety programs and emergency response plans, ensuring that all personnel are aware of safety protocols and know how to act in case of emergencies.
• Deliver safety talks, inductions, and toolbox talks to employees, contractors, and visitors to promote awareness and understanding of site-specific hazards and safe work practices.

Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or cost management tools

Qualifications

• Valid heavy equipment operator license or heavy vehicle driving license in Kuwait
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating heavy construction equipment and vehicles.
• Proven ability to safely operate equipment such as dump trucks, excavators, loaders, and heavy buses
• Knowledge of safety regulations, operational procedures, and maintenance requirements for heavy machinery
• Ability to perform basic equipment inspections and report mechanical issues promptly

• Physically fit and able to work in demanding outdoor construction site conditions

Instrument Supervisor

Qualifications

Tendering Engineer/Admin

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably within the construction or contracting industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and familiar with tendering platforms
• Strong understanding of local tendering procedures, documentation standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end tendering process, from reviewing invitations to compiling and submitting bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., estimation, planning, procurement, legal, human resource) to gather required information for tender submissions.
• Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate and submitted in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of all tender submissions, clarifications and correspondence.
• Monitor tender portals and other sources for new opportunities and updates.

• معرفة لوائح السلامة وإجراءات التشغيل ومتطلبات الصيانة للآلات الثقيلة
• القدرة على إجراء عمليات تفتيش أساسية للمعدات والإبلاغ عن المشكلات الميكانيكية على الفور
• فهم قوي لبروتوكولات سلامة الموقع وأنظمة المرور المحلية

• فهم قوي لإجراءات العطاءات المحلية ومعايير التوثيق ومتطلبات الامتثال
