Front Office Receptionist
Details
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first face guests see and the last they remember. Your role will cover smooth check-in/out processes, night shift management, financial auditing, guest assistance, and coordination with hotel teams to ensure exceptional service and safety around the clock.

Requirements

Service-oriented personality with strong guest focus

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Experience with Opera or similar hotel management systems is an asset

Ability to work night shifts on a rotating basis

Prior experience in hospitality is advantageous
