Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day maintenance operations in the after-sales department for electronics home appliances.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards; implement corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate training for new products in collaboration with vendors.
Liaise with vendors’ technical teams to resolve complex technical issues raised by the service team.
Communicate job progress and flag delays or issues to senior management.
Ensure team productivity aligns with service targets and KPIs.
Assign tasks for repairing returned (dented) stock efficiently and within deadlines.
Handle escalated service issues in coordination with Customer Service Representatives and the Call Center.
Track team attendance and overtime for payroll processing.
Implement productivity standards and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
Enhance technical knowledge through workshops and continuous learning.
Candidate Requirements
Strong discipline and adaptability to process changes.
Workflow- and process-oriented mindset with solid interpersonal skills.
High customer focus and ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsible, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in electronics or home appliance maintenance.
High school diploma required.
Bilingual in Arabic and English.

تخطيط وتنظيم والإشراف على العمليات اليومية لصيانة الأجهزة المنزلية الإلكترونية.
متابعة أداء الفريق وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
التنسيق مع الموردين لتنظيم تدريبات على المنتجات الجديدة.
التواصل مع الفرق الفنية التابعة للموردين لحل المشاكل الفنية المعقدة التي يواجهها فريق الخدمة.
متابعة تقدم العمل والتبليغ الفوري عن التأخيرات أو المشاكل للإدارة العليا.
ضمان تحقيق الفريق الفني للأهداف الإنتاجية المطلوبة.
تنظيم أعمال إصلاح المنتجات المرتجعة (المتضررة) وإنجازها في الوقت المحدد.
التنسيق مع فريق خدمة العملاء بشأن الحالات المتصاعدة.
التنسيق مع مركز الاتصال لمعالجة شكاوى العملاء العاجلة.
متابعة حضور الفريق الفني وساعات العمل الإضافية لأغراض الرواتب.
تطوير الجداول الزمنية وتوزيع المهام وتنفيذ معايير الكفاءة التشغيلية.
حل المشكلات التشغيلية اليومية.
تطوير المعرفة الفنية من خلال المشاركة في ورش العمل والاطلاع على المنشورات المهنية.
متطلبات المرشح
الانضباط والقدرة على التكيف مع التغييرات.
التركيز على العمليات وتدفق العمل مع مهارات تواصل قوية.
التوجه نحو خدمة العملاء والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
التحلي بالمسؤولية والدافعية الذاتية.
خبرة إشرافية لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات، ويفضل في صيانة الإلكترونيات المنزلية.
شهادة ثانوية كحد أدنى.
إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
