Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality designs for digital, print, social media, packaging, and other brand assets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging visual content for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Oversee the design process from concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Guide junior designers, providing feedback and mentorship to enhance their skills.
- Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies when necessary.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company branding, strategy, and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing digital, print, and branding projects.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
Pay
- KD300.000 - KD500.000 per month

المسؤوليات

- تطوير وصيانة إرشادات العلامة التجارية لضمان التناسق عبر جميع المنصات.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمنتجات لإنشاء محتوى مرئي جذاب للحملات، وإطلاق المنتجات، والعروض الترويجية.
- الإشراف على عملية التصميم من الفكرة إلى الإنتاج النهائي، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.

- إرشاد المصممين المبتدئين وتقديم ملاحظات وتوجيهات لتعزيز مهاراتهم.

- مهارات اتصال وتعاون ممتازة.
