What You Will Do

• Hire, train, motivate, and oversee the Banquet team to uphold Four Seasons’ service standards

• Develop and maintain training programs to ensure professionalism and consistency in service

• Schedule and manage staff efficiently while adhering to budgeted labor costs

• Supervise the care, security, and maintenance of banquet equipment

• Maintain high housekeeping standards in storage and operational areas

• Oversee shift supervision, particularly for VIP and high-profile functions

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution

• Prepare payroll, gratuity reports, and banquet checks for financial processing

• Attend catering and operational meetings to stay aligned with upcoming functions

• Oversee event setup, service execution, and last-minute adjustments as needed

• Communicate directly with event hosts to ensure their expectations are met

• Monitor staff appearance, professionalism, and compliance with Four Seasons’ quality standards

• Collaborate with purchasing, culinary, stewarding, housekeeping, and third-party vendors

• Uphold safety procedures and respond effectively to hotel emergencies

What You Bring

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star hotel in the Middle East

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• توظيف وتدريب وتحفيز والإشراف على فريق الحفلات لضمان تقديم خدمات Four Seasons وفقًا للمعايير

• تطوير وصيانة برامج التدريب لضمان الاحترافية والاتساق في الخدمة

• جدولة وإدارة الموظفين بكفاءة مع الالتزام بتكاليف العمل المقدرة

• الإشراف على العناية والأمن وصيانة معدات الحفلات

• الحفاظ على معايير التنظيف العالية في مناطق التخزين والتشغيل

• الإشراف على الوردية، خاصة للفعاليات الرفيعة المستوى

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان تنفيذ الفعاليات بسلاسة

• إعداد تقارير الرواتب والإكراميات وفواتير الحفلات لمعالجتها ماليًا

• حضور اجتماعات التموين والتشغيل للبقاء على اطلاع بالفعاليات القادمة

• الإشراف على إعداد الفعاليات وتنفيذ الخدمة وإجراء التعديلات في اللحظة الأخيرة حسب الحاجة

• التواصل المباشر مع منظمي الفعاليات لضمان تلبية توقعاتهم

• مراقبة مظهر الموظفين واحترافيتهم وامتثالهم لمعايير الجودة في Four Seasons

• التعاون مع المشتريات، الطهي، التدبير المنزلي، والباعة الخارجيين

• الحفاظ على إجراءات السلامة والاستجابة بفعالية للطوارئ الفندقية
