Job Title: Information Technology System Analyst

Job Purpose

As an Information Technology System Analyst, you will act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. You will play a key role in analyzing clients' current and new projects, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering effective technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams (programmers, developers).
• Analyze clients' existing systems and new projects to assess needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Understand and apply knowledge of software development life cycles in project planning and execution.
• Translate client requirements into detailed project briefs and functional specifications.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose potential solutions, assessing technical feasibility and business impact.
• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare proposals for modified or replacement systems.
• Design and architect solutions, including related products and services, to meet clients’ business objectives.
• Provide accurate project costings and contribute to project budgeting.
• Collaborate closely with programmers, developers, and end customers to ensure technical compatibility and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems analysis and development.

• Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar IT-related role.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with project management and budgeting.

الغرض من الوظيفة

بصفتك محلل نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ستكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية بين العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة والفرق الداخلية. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تحليل الأنظمة الحالية للعملاء والمشاريع الجديدة، وتحديد مجالات التحسين، وتقديم الحلول التكنولوجية الفعالة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• أن تكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية بين العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة والفرق الداخلية (المبرمجين والمطورين).
• تحليل الأنظمة الحالية للعملاء والمشاريع الجديدة لتقييم الاحتياجات وفرص التحسين.
• فهم وتطبيق المعرفة بدورات حياة تطوير البرمجيات في تخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع.
• تحويل متطلبات العملاء إلى ملخصات مشاريع مفصلة ومواصفات وظيفية.
• تحديد وتقييم واقتراح الحلول المحتملة مع تقييم الجوانب التقنية والأثر التجاري.
• إجراء تحليل للمتطلبات وإعداد مقترحات للأنظمة المعدلة أو البديلة.
• تصميم حلول وهياكل، بما في ذلك المنتجات والخدمات المتعلقة، لتلبية أهداف الأعمال للعملاء.
• تقديم تقديرات دقيقة لتكاليف المشاريع والمساهمة في ميزانية المشروع.
• التعاون الوثيق مع المبرمجين والمطورين والعملاء لضمان التوافق التقني ورضا العملاء.
• متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في الصناعة والتكنولوجيا الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في تحليل النظم وتطويرها.

• خبرة مثبتة كمحلل نظم أو في دور مشابه في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
• معرفة قوية بدورات حياة تطوير البرمجيات.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين.
• القدرة على تحويل متطلبات الأعمال إلى مواصفات فنية.
• الإلمام بإدارة المشاريع والميزانية.
• مهارات تحليل وحل المشكلات مع خبرة تقنية قوية.
