Responsibilities:
Commissioning and Integration of Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G wireless equipment.
Commissioning and Integration of Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia MW Link.
DC Power System (Rectifier) installation, alarm patching, and testing.
Coordinate with customers and project managers to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct VSWR Sweep tests and perform alarm troubleshooting.
Participate in acceptance visits with vendor/operator representatives.
Check and verify PAT documents and site quality before PAT.
Prepare required documentation for PAT folder.
Track and report according to client requirements.
Ensure proper documentation arrangement and installation quality.
Assure site quality and standards.
Manage teams and coordinate with implementation teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineers to ensure technical performance meets the customer’s specifications.
Perform MW Transmission Survey (LOS).
Prepare site documentation (TSSR/FSSR) and BOQ.
Attend OIL Clearance PAT and acceptance visits for new sites.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering.
Kuwait Society of Engineering Card.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
Must be able to join immediately.
Indian or Pakistani nationals only.
Local transfer with Resident #18 only.

إجراء اختبارات VSWR ومشاكل إنذار.
المشاركة في زيارات القبول مع ممثلي البائعين / المشغلين.
التحقق من المستندات والتحقق من جودة المواقع قبل PAT.
تحضير المستندات المطلوبة لتحضير مجلد PAT.
تتبع وتقديم تقارير وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل.
ضمان ترتيب الوثائق المناسبة وجودة التركيب.
ضمان جودة الموقع والمعايير.
إدارة الفرق والتنسيق مع فرق التنفيذ.
بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع مهندسي العملاء لضمان الأداء الفني الذي يتماشى مع مواصفات العميل.
إجراء مسح انتقال MW (LOS).
تحضير وثائق المواقع (TSSR / FSSR) و BOQ.
حضور PAT للإخلاء OIL وزيارات القبول للمواقع الجديدة.
المتطلبات:
بكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات أو الهندسة الكهربائية.
بطاقة نقابة المهندسين الكويتية.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال.
يجب أن يكون قادرًا على الانضمام فورًا.
فقط للمواطنين الهنود أو الباكستانيين.
التحويل المحلي مع إقامة رقم 18 فقط.
