Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

• 3–5 years professional experience in drafting

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max

• Expertise in interior and fit-out detailed drawings

• Good command of English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus

• Attention to detail and understanding of construction standards

• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings from 3D models focusing on interiors and fit-outs

• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions

• Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s building codes and standards

• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

• Work closely with the design and engineering teams

• إعداد رسومات ثنائية الأبعاد مفصلة مستخرجة من نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد مع التركيز على التصميمات الداخلية والتركيبات

• تعديل وتحديث الرسومات بناءً على الملاحظات وظروف الموقع

• ضمان الالتزام بكودات البناء الكويتية والمعايير المعمول بها

• الحفاظ على تنظيم دقيق لوثائق المشروع

• التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التصميم والهندسة
