Career Opportunities: Manager, IT Business Intelligence and Reporting (13352)
Responsibilities:
- 1. Manage on time, high quality deliveries of ASG BI and Reporting Solutions.
- 2. Gather and analyze business intelligence data ranging from external and internal reports in order to highlight trends and assess the set of business reporting requirements.
- 3. Extract data from multiple data sources and create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making.
- 4. Establish the process of data extraction and analysis for the users to identify improvement areas.
- 5. Review the data on reported issues and recommend solutions to improve the processes and systems.
- 6. Design Business Intelligence dashboards to provide the ASG management with consistent, accurate insight in order to make strategic business decisions.
- 7. Provide support to Stakeholders including answering inquiries, investigating data issues, and creating reports and analysis to respond to business questions.
- 8. Develop, implement and optimize data management processes to design self-serve reporting and analytics solutions.
- 9. Establish the process to actively phase out dependencies on legacy databases, processes and reporting tools.
- 10. Develop and distribute key performance metrics for PMO initiatives.
- 11. Review and ensure that existing reports meet or exceed defined performance and availability targets.
- 12. Review the report change requests and build new reports for various IT initiatives.
- 13. Recommend improvements in all aspects of reporting from the source data to the final report.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree with 10 years of overall experience OR Diploma in Computer Science with 12 years experience.(Minimum 4 years of relevant SAP related experience, and minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementation experience)
- Certification and Licensure: SAP Certification in Analytics/ BI/BO Certification

Responsibilities:
Operational:
- 1. Examine vehicle, assesses work and perform additional diagnosis if necessary. Undertake difficult repair work. re-build and re-install assemblies after ensuring correct functioning
- 2. Receive job card with basic instructions of work requested from Team Leader.
- 3. Examine vehicle, tears down failed assemblies in order to determine location, extent the nature of defective area and informs Team Leader of an additional diagnosis to be added in the job card
- 4. Plan necessary work and determines new parts or machining operations needs and initiates it through Team Leader.
- 5. Undertake difficult repair work on a variety of mechanisms (engine, transmissions, suspensions).
- 6. Re-build major assemblies making a variety of precision measurements (piston clearance) and adjustments (bearing pre-load) in the process.
- 7. Re-install assemblies in vehicles and conducts initial operating inspection.
- 8. Report actual time work of each job card through "The Service Management System".
- 9. Use all hand tools and gauges, portable and stationery equipment, lift etc. maintains cleanliness of tools, equipment and work area.
- 10. Use all safety and health materials & tools.
- 11. Adhere to TMC policies and procedures.

المسؤوليات:
- 1. إدارة عمليات التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية لحلول ASG BI وإعداد التقارير.
- 2. جمع وتحليل بيانات الاستخبارات التجارية التي تتراوح من التقارير الخارجية والداخلية من أجل تسليط الضوء على الاتجاهات وتقييم مجموعة متطلبات إعداد التقارير التجارية.
- 3. استخراج البيانات من مصادر بيانات متعددة وإنشاء وجهات نظر متكاملة يمكن استخدامها لدفع عملية اتخاذ القرار.
- 4. إنشاء عملية استخراج البيانات وتحليلها للمستخدمين لتحديد مجالات التحسين.

- 4. تخطيط العمل الضروري وتحديد الأجزاء الجديدة أو احتياجات عمليات التصنيع وبدء ذلك من خلال قائد الفريق.
- 5. القيام بأعمال الإصلاح الصعبة على مجموعة متنوعة من الآليات (المحرك، ناقل الحركة، نظام التعليق).
