Key Responsibilities

• Lead and streamline retail operations across multiple locations in Kuwait and the GCC

• Ensure exceptional in-store execution and customer service experience

• Oversee inventory management, store audits, and regulatory compliance

• Drive sales performance, operational improvements, and KPI achievement

• Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, and Merchandising teams

• Train and develop in-store teams to maintain excellence and brand standards

Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven experience in retail operations within the fashion and/or fragrance sectors

• Deep understanding of Kuwait and GCC retail markets

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on operational approach

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• قيادة وتبسيط عمليات البيع بالتجزئة عبر مواقع متعددة في الكويت ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

• ضمان تنفيذ استثنائي داخل المتجر وتجربة خدمة العملاء

• الإشراف على إدارة المخزون، وعمليات تدقيق المتجر، والامتثال التنظيمي

• تعزيز أداء المبيعات والتحسينات التشغيلية وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية

• العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق الموارد البشرية والتسويق والترويج

متطلبات

• 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في عمليات البيع بالتجزئة ضمن قطاعات الأزياء و/أو العطور

• فهم عميق لأسواق التجزئة في الكويت ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

• قدرات قوية في القيادة وإدارة الفريق

• عقلية استراتيجية مقترنة بنهج عملي عملي

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
