- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, using guest names when possible and routing calls accurately.
- Handle and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for rooms, spa, restaurants, and in-room dining services.
- Manage and respond to the hotel’s reservations and guest communications email inboxes.
- Run daily reports and distribute to relevant departments including Sales & Marketing and senior leadership.
- Process messages, mobile instant messages, wake-up calls, and facsimiles in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions.
- Help the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie to establish standard recipes and ensure the compliance with them.
- Constantly inspect taste, temperature and visual appeal, make sure that all dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adhered to.
- Ensure food quality, food taste, food presentation and food requisition.
- Have a good knowledge of cuisines to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed and the kitchen is always clean, neat and tidy.
- Prepare exciting and appealing room amenity when needed.
- To ensure the quality and quantity of all Meat, Poultry, Game, and Small goods, fish and shellfish products, recipe cards and photographs and given instructions as per the standards and procedures.
- To ensure good knowledge of cuisines, to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.
- Cut and prepare for use various varieties of meat, fish and poultry.
- Inspect all meat, seafood, and poultry according to established specifications and Four Seasons Standards and perform yield testing.
