Job Description
Now Hiring: Recruitment Manager - Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment activities across our operations in Kuwait. This role is critical for developing effective sourcing strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, and ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates in line with business needs. The ideal candidate will partner closely with department heads and HR leadership to build a strong employer brand and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified local and overseas candidates.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with company and government recruitment policies.
Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and talent engagement initiatives.
Ensure timely onboarding of new hires in coordination with HR and operations teams.
Analyze hiring trends and prepare recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports for management review.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.
Promote best practices in recruitment and enhance the company's employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR or Recruitment certification is an advantage).
Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably within automotive, logistics, or service industries, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and MS Office applications.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Kuwait labor law is preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet hiring targets.

المؤهلات

التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو أي مجال ذي صلة (شهادة في الموارد البشرية أو التوظيف تعتبر ميزة).

الخبرة: 5-8 سنوات من الخبرة المتقدمة في التوظيف، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعات السيارات أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو الخدمات، مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وظيفة إشرافية أو إدارية.
