المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
خدمة العملاء والتواصل
- التعامل مع مكالمات العملاء ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل الواردة باحترافية وكفاءة.
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة بشأن المنتجات والخدمات والمواعيد وإجراءات الخدمة.

- إجراء مكالمات متابعة مع العملاء للتحقق من إتمام الخدمة ومستويات الرضا.
- قم بتصعيد المشكلات التي لم يتم حلها إلى الإدارات المعنية وتأكد من إغلاقها في الوقت المناسب.
- تحليل المشكلات المتكررة للعملاء واقتراح مبادرات تحسينية لتعزيز جودة الخدمة.
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) المتعلقة بوقت الاستجابة، ووقت الحل، وتجربة العملاء بشكل عام.

2. Visual Merchandising Professional (Luxury Fashion)

3. مسؤول الرواتب (قطاع التجزئة والأزياء)

الخبرة: 3-5 سنوات في مجال الرواتب (يفضل الخبرة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة/الأزياء في الكويت).
المعرفة: خبرة في قانون العمل الكويتي، ونظام PIFSS، وحسابات EOSB.
المهارات: إتقان برنامج Excel وأنظمة برامج الرواتب.
4. مراقب المخزون
الدور: تحسين مستويات المخزون وإدارة عملية إعادة التموين عبر شبكة متاجرنا.
الخبرة: سنة واحدة في مجال شراء المنتجات بالتجزئة أو إدارة المنتجات.
المهارات: مهارات متقدمة في برنامج إكسل ضرورية.
المتطلبات: الانضمام الفوري فقط.
5. مدير منطقة (بيع الأزياء بالتجزئة)
الدور: تحسين الأداء والإشراف على العمليات لعدة متاجر في جميع أنحاء الكويت.
الخبرة: سنة واحدة على الأقل كمدير منطقة في مجال بيع الأزياء بالتجزئة.
المهارات: تحليل قوي لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وإدارة الأفراد، وإنفاذ معايير العلامة التجارية.
اللغة: إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (يفضل حاملو الجنسية العربية).
6. مدير متجر (بيع الأزياء بالتجزئة)
الدور: قيادة فرق المتجر لتقديم تجارب استثنائية للعملاء وتحقيق الأهداف.
الخبرة: سنة واحدة على الأقل في إدارة متاجر الأزياء بالتجزئة.
