Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Overseeing construction and maintenance, managing fault finding, and ensuring planned PM activities are carried out to industry standards.
- Commissioning & Testing: Installing, terminating, and testing LV/MV cables and calibrating field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level).
- Maintenance: Troubleshooting faulty instruments, control valves, and fire & gas systems; performing loop checking and functional testing.
- Fabrication & Fitting: Interpreting blueprints and technical specifications to assemble and connect instruments to machinery.
- Welding: Executing high-quality welds, ensuring accuracy, and performing cutting, grinding, and polishing of metal parts.
Requirements
- Approvals: Supervisors and Technicians must have valid approvals from GCC or Kuwait (KNPC / KIPIC / KOC / JO).
- Experience: 7–10 years for Supervisors; 4–8 years for Technicians and Fitters within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring diagrams; proficiency in calibration and fire & gas systems.
- Residency: Must hold a transferable Visa (Project to Project or Ahli to Ahli).

المسؤوليات
- الإشراف: الإشراف على أعمال الإنشاءات والصيانة، وإدارة كشف الأعطال، وضمان تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية (PM) وفق معايير الصناعة.
- التشغيل والاختبار: تركيب واختبار كابلات الضغط المنخفض والمتوسط (LV/MV) ومعايرة أجهزة الحقل (الضغط، الحرارة، التدفق، والمستوى).
- الصيانة: إصلاح أجهزة الآلات الدقيقة المتعطلة، وصمامات التحكم، وأنظمة الحريق والغاز، وإجراء فحص الدوائر (Loop Check).
- التركيبات الفنية: تفسير المخططات والمواصفات الفنية لتجميع وتوصيل الأجهزة بالآلات والمعدات.
- اللحام: تنفيذ عمليات لحام عالية الجودة، وضمان الدقة، والقيام بأعمال القص والجلخ وتلميع الأسطح المعدنية.
المتطلبات
- الاعتمادات: يجب أن يكون لدى المشرفين والفنيين اعتمادات صالحة من دول الخليج أو الكويت (KNPC / KIPIC / KOC / JO).
- الخبرة: من 7 إلى 10 سنوات للمشرفين، ومن 4 إلى 8 سنوات للفنيين والمساعدين في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- المهارات الفنية: القدرة على قراءة خرائط P&ID ومخططات الدوائر والأسلاك؛ وإتقان أعمال المعايرة.
- الإقامة: يجب حمل إقامة قابلة للتحويل (من مشروع لمشروع أو مادة 18 أهلي).
