Requirements
- Possession of a valid ATPL license, or its equivalent issued by ICAO Member States, approved by the Director of Aviation Operations.
- Accumulated total flying hours (LOG BOOK) not less than 6000 hours (with a reputable airline of which 1500 hours) on a jet aircraft with a maximum authorized take-off weight exceeding 30,000kg and total pilot-in-command experience not less than 2000 hours. (The hours listed above do not include simulated flight experience).
- The English language proficiency level should be from (4 or above) and the license should refer to the requirement “meets language proficiency” in accordance with ICAO Annex 1 of Paragraph 1.2.9.4 (for the English language) is valid to date.
General Terms:
- Priority shall be given to Kuwaiti nationals, provided that the required qualifications are met.
- The applicant shall not exceed Fifty (50) years of age at the time of application.
- Tests and personal interviews will be conducted for applicants who meet the required qualifications, conditions, and documents.

General conditions:
- 1. For Kuwaiti women, the minimum age is 20 years and the maximum is 34 years, and for non-Kuwaiti women, the minimum age is 20 years and the maximum is 32 years.
- 2. The minimum height is (160) cm, and it must be proportionate to the weight.
- 3. Completion of secondary education (12) academic years.
- 4. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- 5. The applicant must be of good appearance, in good health, and capable of performing the duties of a flight attendant.

- 4 إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة.
- 5 أن تكون المتقدمة حسنة المظهر ولائقة صحياً وقادرة على أداء مهام العمل كمضيفة طيران.

متطلبات
- حيازة رخصة طيار نقل جوي سارية المفعول، أو ما يعادلها الصادر عن الدول الأعضاء في منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي، والمعتمدة من قبل مدير عمليات الطيران.
- يجب ألا يقل إجمالي ساعات الطيران المتراكمة (في سجل الطيران) عن 6000 ساعة (مع شركة طيران مرموقة منها 1500 ساعة) على متن طائرة نفاثة بوزن إقلاع أقصى مصرح به يتجاوز 30000 كجم، وأن لا يقل إجمالي خبرة قائد الطائرة عن 2000 ساعة. (لا تشمل الساعات المذكورة أعلاه خبرة الطيران على المحاكاة).
- يجب أن يكون مستوى إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية من (4 أو أعلى) ويجب أن تشير الرخصة إلى شرط "استيفاء متطلبات إتقان اللغة" وفقًا للملحق 1 من الفقرة 1.2.9.4 من منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي (لللغة الإنجليزية) ساري المفعول حتى تاريخه.
الشروط العامة:
- تُعطى الأولوية للمواطنين الكويتيين، شريطة استيفاء المؤهلات المطلوبة.
- يجب ألا يتجاوز عمر مقدم الطلب خمسين (50) عامًا وقت تقديم الطلب.
- سيتم إجراء اختبارات ومقابلات شخصية للمتقدمين الذين يستوفون المؤهلات والشروط والوثائق المطلوبة.
