Available Positions
Civil Tendering Engineer.
Responsibilities
Preparation and review of tender documents including specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
Comprehensive cost estimation, budgeting, and detailed quantity take-offs.
Evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors alongside rigorous price analysis.
Performing risk assessments and ensuring full compliance with client requirements.
Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders during the tender lifecycle.
Handling tender submissions and managing post-submission clarifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience specifically within Tendering and Estimation departments.
Extensive experience in power and infrastructure projects (e.g., UG cables, substations, buildings, oil & gas).

المسئوليات
إعداد ومراجعة وثائق المناقصات (المواصفات، المخططات، وجداول الكميات).
تقدير التكاليف، وضع الميزانيات، وحصر الكميات بدقة.
تقييم الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن وتحليل الأسعار.
تقييم المخاطر وضمان الامتثال الكامل لمتطلبات العملاء.
التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والجهات الخارجية المعنية خلال فترة المناقصة.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، العمارة، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في أقسام المناقصات والتقدير.
خبرة سابقة في مشاريع الطاقة والبنية التحتية (الكابلات الأرضية، المحطات، المباني، ومشاريع النفط والغاز).
