Instrument Engineer – Maintenance (KNPC Project).
Responsibilities
Managing and executing maintenance for sophisticated Process Control Instrumentation within refinery environments.
Troubleshooting and optimizing Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Fault Tolerant Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems.
Overseeing the accuracy and reliability of Custody Transfer, Tank Gauging, and Blending Systems.
Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with the highest safety and quality standards of the Oil & Gas industry.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Process Control Instrumentation (Oil & Gas or Hydrocarbon Refinery).
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in DCS, ESD systems, Custody Transfer, and Tank Gauging.
Project Specifics: Previous experience within refinery maintenance is essential.

المسؤوليات
إدارة وتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة لأجهزة التحكم المتقدمة في العمليات داخل بيئات المصافي.
استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها وتحسين أنظمة التحكم الموزعة (DCS) وأنظمة الإيقاف الطارئ (ESD) المقاومة للأعطال.
الإشراف على دقة وموثوقية أنظمة القياس المالي (Custody Transfer)، وأنظمة قياس الخزانات، وأنظمة الخلط.
ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الصيانة لأعلى معايير السلامة والجودة في صناعة النفط والغاز.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: 10 سنوات كحد أدنى من الخبرة المهنية في أجهزة تحكم العمليات (قطاع النفط والغاز أو مصافي الهيدروكربون).
المؤهل العلمي: شهادة جامعية في الهندسة (كيميائية، كهربائية، إلكترونيات واتصالات، أو أجهزة ودقيق).
