Responsibilities
Develop creative designs for marketing materials, social media, advertisements, and presentations.
Create and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
Prepare design files for print and digital publication with high accuracy and quality.
Revise designs based on feedback and manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in design software and the ability to translate concepts into visuals.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX principles is a significant advantage.
Currently residing inside Kuwait (Local Hiring Only).

المسؤوليات
تطوير تصاميم إبداعية للمواد التسويقية، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والإعلانات، والعروض التقديمية.
بناء الهوية البصرية والحفاظ عليها، مع ضمان الاتساق في جميع المخرجات المرئية.
إعداد ملفات التصميم للطباعة والنشر الرقمي بدقة وجودة عالية.
تعديل التصاميم بناءً على الملاحظات وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات التصميم وأدواته وأفضل الممارسات في المجال.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في تصميم الجرافيك، أو الفنون البصرية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة مثبتة كمصمم جرافيك مع ملف أعمال قوي.
خبرة في فنون الخط (Typography)، ونظرية الألوان، والتنسيق، والتسلسل الهرمي البصري.
إجادة برامج التصميم والقدرة على تحويل المفاهيم والأفكار إلى تصاميم بصرية فعالة.
الخبرة في الرسوم المتحركة (Motion Graphics)، تحرير الفيديو، أو مبادئ UI/UX تعد ميزة إضافية.
الإقامة الحالية داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
