- Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and managing essential technical documents, reports, and project files.
- Team Coordination: Serving as a key link between the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Project Tracking: Monitoring project schedules, progress updates, and maintaining accurate daily activity logs.
- Reporting & Presentation: Preparing comprehensive technical reports, meeting minutes, and professional presentations.
- Logistics Support: Following up on materials, vendor documentation, and specialized procurement requests.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office and organizational tools; attention to detail is mandatory.
- Residency: Must hold a transferable Visa 18 and be currently located in Kuwait.
- Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who are ready to join immediately.

المسؤوليات
- إدارة الوثائق: تنظيم وصيانة وإدارة الوثائق الفنية الأساسية والتقارير وملفات المشاريع.
- التنسيق بين الفرق: العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين فريقي الهندسة والعمليات لضمان سلاسة التواصل.
- متابعة المشاريع: مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع، وتحديثات التقدم، والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للأنشطة اليومية.
- التقارير والعروض التقديمية: إعداد تقارير فنية شاملة، ومحاضر الاجتماعات، والعروض التقديمية الاحترافية.
- الدعم اللوجستي: متابعة المواد، ووثائق الموردين، وطلبات الشراء المتخصصة.
المتطلبات
- المؤهل العلمي: شهادة جامعية (بكالوريوس) في أي تخصص.
- المهارات اللغوية: إتقان تام للغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابةً).
- المهارات الفنية: مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل قوية مع دقة متناهية في التعامل مع البيانات.
- الإقامة: يجب حمل إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل مع التواجد داخل الكويت.
