We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Support staff.
Requirements:
✅ Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and reading)
✅ Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Patient, polite, and customer-oriented
✅ Ability to work with children and families
✅ Basic computer skills an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in-store and respond to inquiries
• Handle orders, payments, and basic cashier duties
• Support daily shop operations
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers

مطلوب موظف دعم خدمة عملاء – شركة بيع تجزئة للأطفال 🧸
المتطلبات:
✅ يجيد التحدث والقراءة بالعربية والإنجليزية
✅ خبرة سابقة في البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمة العملاء ميزة
✅ مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة
✅ صبور ولطيف ومرتكز على خدمة العملاء
✅ القدرة على التعامل مع الأطفال والعائلات
✅ مهارات حاسوب أساسية تعتبر ميزة
المهام الوظيفية:
مساعدة العملاء داخل المتجر والرد على الاستفسارات
التعامل مع الطلبات والمدفوعات وبعض مهام الكاشير
دعم العمليات اليومية للمتجر
ضمان تجربة تسوق ممتعة للعملاء
