MWD Repair and Maintenance Specialist: Al Ahmadi
Responsibilities
- Tool Repair and maintenance referenced to the latest released manuals.
- Work order issuance and completion overtrack a tool.
- Identify the required parts for different service levels with different tool configurations.
- Tool preparation for field with all related protocols and Certificates completion.
- Tool loading/unloading.
- Negotiate the tool issues and findings with engineering when tools come back from job or serviced in shop and create , update , follow up a Jira ticket .
- Online troubleshooting
- Reimaging PC’c, Installing special standalone programs and software.
- Updating the firmware of electronic drilling recorders.
- Tools Field training , installation, and commissioning .
Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Sitting in the office reception, to Serve as the first point of contact for Facility visitors and clients
- Manage and maintain documentation related to government requirements, contracts, and compliance.
- Coordinate and support tendering and bidding processes, including preparing and submitting documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and data for tendering, bidding, and documentation purposes.
- Support in preparing presentations and documentation required for KDIPA submissions and coordinate with relevant internal and external departments
- Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative and operational assistance as needed.

المسؤوليات
- إصلاح وصيانة الأدوات بالرجوع إلى أحدث الكتيبات الصادرة.
- إصدار أوامر العمل وإنجازها يتجاوزان أداةً.
- حدد الأجزاء المطلوبة لمستويات الخدمة المختلفة مع تكوينات الأدوات المختلفة.
- تجهيز الأدوات للعمل الميداني مع استكمال جميع البروتوكولات والشهادات ذات الصلة.
- تحميل/تفريغ الأدوات.
- التفاوض بشأن مشاكل الأدوات والنتائج مع قسم الهندسة عند عودة الأدوات من العمل أو صيانتها في الورشة، وإنشاء وتحديث ومتابعة تذكرة Jira.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها عبر الإنترنت
- إعادة تهيئة نظام التشغيل، وتثبيت برامج وتطبيقات مستقلة خاصة.
- تحديث البرامج الثابتة لأجهزة تسجيل الحفر الإلكترونية.
- التدريب الميداني على الأدوات، والتركيب، والتشغيل.
منسق العمليات
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الجلوس في ردهة الاستقبال بالمكتب، ليكون بمثابة نقطة الاتصال الأولى لزوار المنشأة والعملاء
- إدارة وصيانة الوثائق المتعلقة بالمتطلبات الحكومية والعقود والامتثال.
- تنسيق ودعم عمليات المناقصات والعطاءات، بما في ذلك إعداد وتقديم الوثائق، والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة، وضمان الامتثال للوائح.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لجمع المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة لأغراض المناقصات والعطاءات والتوثيق.
- تقديم الدعم في إعداد العروض التقديمية والوثائق المطلوبة لتقديمها إلى KDIPA والتنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية والخارجية ذات الصلة
- التعاون مع مختلف الإدارات لتقديم المساعدة الإدارية والتشغيلية حسب الحاجة.
