Responsibilities

• Financial Integrity: (Accountant) Manage comprehensive hospital accounting functions, including medical billing oversight, financial reporting, and departmental audits.

• Pharmaceutical Support: (Pharmacy Assistant) Assist licensed pharmacists in inventory management, prescription preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

• Revenue Operations: (Cashiers/Pharmacy Cashiers) Manage point-of-sale transactions with high accuracy, process insurance claims, and ensure a professional and efficient checkout experience for patients.

• Operational Compliance: Ensure all financial and pharmaceutical activities comply with Kuwait’s healthcare regulations and internal hospital policies.

• Patient Experience: Provide professional, empathetic service to patients and visitors, representing the hospital’s commitment to quality care.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience specifically within the hospital or healthcare sector.

• Location: Must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait (Local Hiring only).

• Availability: Candidates must be immediate joiners.

• Residency: Must hold a valid and transferable residency permit.

• Nationality: Open to all nationalities.

• العمليات الإيرادية: (الكاشير) إدارة عمليات الدفع بدقة عالية، ومعالجة مطالبات التأمين، وضمان تقديم تجربة دفع سريعة ومهنية للمرضى.

• الالتزام التشغيلي: ضمان مطابقة كافة الأنشطة المالية والصيدلانية للوائح الرعاية الصحية في الكويت وسياسات المستشفى الداخلية.

المتطلبات

• الجاهزية: يجب أن يكون المتقدم قادراً على الالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
