Requirements

• Business Development Engineer: Engineering degree (PMP or MBA preferred). Proven experience in driving corporate growth, identifying investment opportunities, and securing new O&M contracts. Must possess a high level of networking and relationship-building skills.

• Mechanical Engineer (HVAC): Minimum 8 years of experience in all types of HVAC maintenance. Previous ministerial approvals and documented experience certificates are mandatory. Must have a valid Kuwaiti driving license and a private car.

• All candidates must hold a valid transferable residency in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Leading strategic growth plans, entering new market sectors, and managing high-level negotiations to diversify income sources.

• Project Management: Overseeing projects to ensure contractual objectives and profitability are met while representing the company in executive meetings.

• HVAC Engineering: Providing field supervision for HVAC maintenance, ensuring works align with technical specifications and ministerial approvals.↚

• Technical Oversight: Monitoring technical teams, resolving emergency site issues, and submitting periodic progress reports to management.

المتطلبات

• مهندس تطوير الأعمال: تخصص هندسي مناسب (يفضل حملة PMP أو MBA). خبرة في قيادة نمو الشركات، طرح الفرص الاستثمارية، وجلب عقود الصيانة والتشغيل. مهارة عالية في بناء شبكة علاقات مهنية واسعة.

• مهندس الميكانيك: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في أعمال صيانة التكييف بأنواعه. ضرورة وجود اعتمادات وزارية سابقة وشهادات خبرة موثقة. يشترط رخصة قيادة كويتية وسيارة خاصة.

• يجب أن يمتلك جميع المتقدمين إقامة قابلة للتحويل داخل دولة الكويت.

المسؤوليات

• تطوير الأعمال: قيادة خطط النمو الاستراتيجي، ودخول قطاعات سوقية جديدة، وإدارة المفاوضات رفيعة المستوى لتنويع مصادر الدخل.

• إدارة المشاريع: الإشراف على المشاريع لضمان تحقيق الأهداف التعاقدية والربحية، وتمثيل الشركة أمام الشركاء والجهات الرقابية.

• هندسة التكييف: الإشراف الميداني على أعمال صيانة أنظمة التكييف، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للمواصفات الفنية والاعتمادات المطلوبة.

• الرقابة الفنية: متابعة الفرق الفنية، حل المشكلات التقنية الطارئة في المواقع، ورفع تقارير الإنجاز الدورية للإدارة.
